Structure
Le celle del Farinaio is a beautiful house, which was recently restored and it is situated only 6 km from the old Etruscan town of Cortona, and just 8 km from Lake Trasimeno. The property, completely fenced, is' situated on a hill (350 meters), near a small church which dates originally back to Roman time and it is surrounded by woods. There is also a fabulous panoramic view over the vast and fertile Valdichiana. The church and the relative rectory are located on the adjacent property but they are closed and unused.
Le Celle del Farinaio is suggested as a villa for about 10/12 people but can also be rented separately as it is composed of two houses totally independent (BOSCHETTO and CHIESINA), which can each accommodate about 5/6 persons.

From the porch you enter a large room with an entrance where you can find a desk, two chairs and a computer with internet access via usb.

Chiesina
You enter the apartment from the porch arriving, in this way, into a living room connected to the kitchen in a large single room separated only by a large brick arch of terracotta. When you cross the threshold of the door, you enter a large room and there are located: a table with chairs, two armchairs, a fireplace, a satelliteTV decoder, dvd, stereo ( hi fi) and a wine cellar stocked with selected wines; when you pass the central arch, you enter the built-in kitchen and a spacious living area equipped with all the accessories for a simple and comfortable living. The cells of the villa Farinaio is situated in a beautiful hilly which overlooks the valley below and it is surrounded by green woods of our own property where you can find numerous hiking trails with different difficulty levels for taking a walk. The villa is completely fenced to provide security to the guests and to their four-legged (pets) friends. You enter the property trough an automatic gate and in the large square you find two covered car parkings. Swimming pool
The use of the pool is exclusive for the apartments and the villa. It is open and running from June to October. It's measure is 9.50 x 4 and it has a constant depth of 1.50 m. The entrance in the pool is facilitated by a roman ladder.
